I vacated a property being managed by Keyland Fine Properties May 29, and have yet to receive my security deposit I paid $pet deposit, $cleaning and $1,(one months rent) Prior to vacating the property I cleaned the whole house and paid to have the carpets cleaned I have been communicating with Jim V*** for over months trying to get my deposit returned He keeps telling me it's been mailed According to Jim he has stopped pay twice and re-issued the deposit I asked him to send it return receipt or *** so it has a tracking number, he stated he did this His last correspondence stated it left his office Monday (8-17-2015) late and it was due to be delivered to me Thursday (8-20-2015) I asked for the tracking number but he wouldn't provide me with one Here it is Saturday, 8-22-2015, and no security deposit

I have resolved this issue with David. He told me that he was going to have this removed with the Revdex.com. Please remove this complaint.

We have worked out a payment schedule of 2 payments and will be satisfied by the end of March 2016.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] he has signed a promissory note to pay off the money owed over a 33 month period. This resolution would be satisfactory to me if it is payed monthly and on time according to the promissory note. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved after the three year promissory note is paid as set forth in full.

Unfortunately nothing is resolved untill payment is in full $1200.00 still outstanding, We need full payment this week we gave you 2 weeks
