Review: I have purchased several parts through www.PARTS.com website. Some parts weren't used I tried to return them. The website rejected the return on the ground what each part value is below $10. Their return policy doesn't mention anything about parts lesser than $10 being nonreturnable. I have several parts to return.Desired Settlement: Full refund for the parts and making this complaint visible to other customers.

Review: [redacted] apparently hosts a web URL by the name of Netprowa; Netprowa is some sort of automated dialer (using a [redacted] area code, based out of Colorado.) that calls, sometimes MULTIPLE times a day, with nothing more than a beeping noise on the other end of the line. When one tries to call the telephone number listed on the caller ID back, they are informed that the mailbox is full and cannot take messages. This AM alone, I received at least EIGHT phone calls from Netprowa. I am unable to block this number through our land line carrier [redacted], unfortuantely. I have also filed a complaint with the FCC, as well as the Attorney General's offices of Colorado, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.Desired Settlement: Would like calls from Netprowa to stop immediately.

Review: you are tricked into believing you get fast internet service with a two year contract. 10 gb per month what the hell? you get one maybe two days of the internet then you cant pull up any videos listen to music and after signing the contract you realize it you have signed a three year contract that you cant use. IT is WORTHLESS. PLEASE people do not It is a shame for them even to advertise as a fast internet service. it was fast for two days then the last of the month you cant get a [redacted] page to come up. I am thoroughly disgusted with the service the staff and the installer. He walked through my ceiling now 6 weeks later I still have insulation everywhere and a huge hole in my closet.Desired Settlement: I want to go with a company that has real internet service on a daily basis that actually works. I want them to come get this modem and dish out of my yard before I paint it with very negative comments!

Review: Cashbackhouse.com says that you will receive 22% cashback at Straight Talk.My account is still saying $0 even though I made a $45 purchase from Straight Talk on 7/27/13.Desired Settlement: Provide me with the 22% cashback as advertised for my Straight Talk purchase made on 7/27/13.

Review: I was in charge to order caps & gowns for my son's preschool class. All the parents gave me their money and I deposited into my bank account so I could purchase 21 sets. I paid around $350. The order status says "processing" although I purchased 8 days ago. I tried contacting customer service through email just to see how my order was coming along and I have not gotten a response back. I sent them a fifth email today and still nothing. The website says to call customer service, but fails to provide a phone number. I haven't been able to sleep well and I feel very stressed out because all the parents are expecting their child to have their cap & gown and all the pressure is on me bc I was in charge of the money. What worries me most is that they won't believe I got scammed and think I stole their money, which would be very embarrassing for me bc I would never do such a thing.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my order shipped to me and if that's not possible then I want the money back!

Review: RuggiesRuggies during checkout does not provide the itemized total or shipping total until AFTER the transaction has occurred. I have already called customer service and there is no recourse once processed except to WAIT 4 hours until "processed".Desired Settlement: Full refund granted to me, and their payment / checkout procedure changed so that the user has FULL KNOWLEDGE of the CHARGES before processing. This includes an ITEMIZED statement SHOWING item fees and SHIPPING fees BEFORE processing.
