I had a terrible experience with this company relative to replacing a vinyl convertible top on my 2008 [redacted]. They were a subcontractor with [redacted] Body Shop in Southern Pines, NC. It was their job to replace the top, which they were well paid to do. The work was slow and shoddy. It eventually took me 3 1/2 months to get my car back. The company had various excuses along the way as to why the work was not finished. The first time the car was returned to me it rained and I found the trunk was filled with water. The top had not been installed on properly after all this time. I took it back. [redacted] returned it to this company. It came back after about 10 days and was supposedly fixed. [redacted] ran a leak test and found it was still leaking. The owners for [redacted] gave up on this company and fixed the top and leak themselves. I have finally got my car back. Beware of this company. Their work is lousy and their integrity is questionable. ","neg-1
