I am the one who asked what can be done so that I no longer have to deal with this company and can move on to more important things. I would like this to be noted that resolution was not first established by the company. Also only the general manager gave one apology. No one called or apologized for the harassing text messages. The company did afterwards suggest splitting the tax which I accepted. My lawyer however did say I was not obligated. However I as a new mother do not have the energy to deal with such a difficult and unprofessional business that hold no accountability. I spent 6 hours just in the sales office and days going back and forth with unanswered emails. We Did bring in my husband's license and this is just yet another excuse that the dealership does not honor their offers. We have the original form and all documents that were required were submitted. If the dealership did not submit what we gave them that is not our fault. I copied both ourinsurance card, car registration and drivers license per the dealer [redacted] at Keyser. This is not an acceptable answer and the fact that our time was wasted on them not locating the proper veichle is also not acceptable. We have spoken with a direct contact at Cadillac Corporate and they indicated it was not a corporate decision but on the level at the local dealership. I did save this voice*ail for your review and it is very clear that the dealership is at fault. I will make sure that others are aware of the scam that a local dealership has pulled.Thank you!
