I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Regards, [redacted] We Did bring in my husband's license and this is just yet another excuse that the dealership does not honor their offers. We have the original form and all documents that were required were submitted. If the dealership did not submit what we gave them that is not our fault. I copied both ourinsurance card, car registration and drivers license per the dealer [redacted] at Keyser. This is not an acceptable answer and the fact that our time was wasted on them not locating the proper veichle is also not acceptable. We have spoken with a direct contact at Cadillac Corporate and they indicated it was not a corporate decision but on the level at the local dealership. I did save this voice*ail for your review and it is very clear that the dealership is at fault. I will make sure that others are aware of the scam that a local dealership has pulled.Thank you!
