5pt;">I have received your communication with regards to complaint ID [redacted] submitted on 5/20/2016 by [redacted].
This customer issue has been resolved already and Mr. [redacted] was refunded the money for his order.
When Mr. [redacted] returned the material he was informed that since he did not have an account with us we would need to apply the credit and have a check malled to him.
The return of material and credit was done on 4/1/2016 and sent up to our accounting department to process his refund check. According to my Assistant [redacted] MR. [redacted] returned to our business a second time and started cursing at him, throwing his papers and asking where his money is, My Assistant [redacted] apologized and explained to him again that his refund is being processed and he would follow up to check on the status. Mr. [redacted] continued cursing and left the building.
Check #[redacted] was processed and mailed out to Mr. [redacted] on 5/17/16, Mr. [redacted] filed this complaint on 5/20/16 and our 5/24/16 bank statement shows the check had been cashed by the customer.
When Mr. [redacted] came into our business to return the material my Assistant [redacted] explained to him the process for his refund and explained again on his second visit. At no time did Mr. [redacted] speak with me about any issues he had experienced through his entire return process nor was I aware of any issues until this complaint was received.
I do apologize for Mr. [redacted]'s frustration and poor experience with his merchandise return process. We will ensure in the future that our refund process is clearly explained to any customer making a return.
