[redacted] [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First, the $refund for the month of March which they claim was sent to me on March has not been received after nearly one whole month Second, if [redacted] is sincere about apologizing for any inconvenience, why did she never have the courtesy to return any of my phone calls to her office over the month of March?Third, her assistant [redacted] who normally does the bookkeeping and processes checks, lied to me about the timing of the first refund check, which was a partial return of a security deposit when my mother moved in years ago The last time I talked to her on the phone, she told me the check had been cut and was in the mail However, when that check finally arrived weeks later, it was dated one week after she told me the check had been cut and put in the mail.One or more of these administrators are acting with criminal intent, and need to be investigated The nursing and activity staff there do good, caring, hard work, but unfortunately, their administrators are trumping any good feelings engendered by the hanstaff [redacted] ***
