September 12, [redacted] had purchased this vehicle off an [redacted] online auction the truck was advertised "as is where is" with no warranties or guaranteesThe vehicle had went through Pennsylvania state inspection run through our shop and the mechanic had went through it thoroughly it did pass inspection.The first thing [redacted] had mentioned when he received the vehicle is that it was not a four-wheel drive he had never seen an [redacted] heavy duty truck that wasn't there was over pictures on the [redacted] ad never once mentioning a four wheel drive truck also close to pictures of the interior that never showed any four wheel drive stick.Later he had started complaining of some problems there was an exhaust leak and a brake light was on on the dash then it evolved from there so I had offered to send him $for some of the repairs that he said we're wrong with the vehicle mind you this is a with almost 100,miles on it in the ad it mentioned that the truck was not perfect but it was a good running and driving truck.thank you very much for your time sincerely All State Auto Sales LLCRegards,Tim K

December 18, 2017To Whom It May Concern:The Customer: *** *** *** has purchased the car *** ***, VIN# *** for the price: $2000, date 11/22/2017. The vehicle is being sold AS IS condition without any warranty either expressed, written or
implied, with no any Refunds, Attached : DISCLAIMER (Attachment 1), BUYER GUIDE (Attachment 2). He signed all paperwork and receiving it at the moment of purchase. At the time of Sale "check engine" light was not "on" and a car was tested and good drivable condition. Later the Customer called regarding "check engine" light begin blinking and we are recommended to him come to dealership and we promised fix it (Free of Charge). When he came we provided for him rent car for his convenience and start working with the car. We told him we also can exchange the car for equivalent (price) too. He selected a few cars and state he will waiting his car after repair or exchange to a different car. After we fixed his car and we pass PA inspection. Attached: PA Safety Inspection Statement (Attachment 3). Later he not paid for inspection $80, like he promised. Then he called to us and saying he want to exchange the car for *** *** with additional money $(it more expansive car, like we are both agree before).We took the car (***) to shop to check it and prepare for sale. When he came Monday (11/12/2017) he change the mind regarding exchange his car to *** and took his car back (not paid for inspection $80).Next day 12/12/at 12:am he start sent texting messages (items was) all night with inappropriate language regarding car and refund money. He had complained regarding grinding noise in the wheels. The fact it wasn't initially. It can be happened any time w/used vehicles, especially with careless driver....The same morning 12/12/the Customer was texting he want to come to Dealership to take refund money. Our representative answer nobody in lot right now please come afternoon. When our representative was come to Dealership and the Customer was very quite and good. Later when we looked our surveillance cameras we understand his conducthe involved the Police and was submitted complain to your Bureau Revdex.com. We ask him regarding "check engine" light "on" again? Answer: "No", "Only noise in the wheels". We asking what he wants, but he said don't know, he ask paperwork what he lost. We ask permition to take the car to mechanic shop and check the wheels. We took the car to mechanic on wheels. The mechanic was replacement the part (stabilizing link). Free of Charge (Labor price: $130). Attached: Receipt for part (Attachment 4).Also mechanic diagnostic the noise from bearing too, need to be replacement, it was evening hours and auto part facility was close and the mechanic recommended him to come another day any time (Free of Charge) for repair it, but the customer never show up. The Customer wrote in his complaint he worked for us and even had to pay for repairs??! His fantasy he never paid for any repairs and inspection after he purchased the vehicle. He wrote about withholding paperwork illegally..?? Don't know what he means?! We are providing the same paperwork for him like for all customers. He wrote about fake tags..? The Auto Tag Agency issued a properly PA plate for him, Attached: Registration for plate W: K.*** (Attachment 5)We are providing the same paperwork for all customers and he lost his paperwork and he sad he not; got a title??! The customer a smoking marihuana,,may be this reason his mood was often changingHe brings our rent car with all waste and smelt from marihuana too, the vehicle need detailing and clean.12/12/we provided to him a copy of his paperwork and recommended a make a duplicate title, if he can’t found original.We are shady and danger people, because we not gave him money hack (because deal was done with written, agreement) and fixing his car for free of charge,..??! I am rejecting this response because:  The response from Mr. K[redacted] and the dealer ship is totally false. The day the vehicle was delivered by the transport carrier Mr. K[redacted] and the dealership were notified of all the mechanical and safety issue's wrong with the vehicle. Mr. K[redacted] nor the dealership would not answer their phone or return any of my phone calls to discuss the condition of the vehicle at delivery time. I finally got in touch with him thru [redacted] complaint dept. [redacted] took the complaint case and hired a neutral independent Co. to hear the case and decide who was at fault or liable or not telling the truth.  A decision on the case was made by this neutral co. on 8-11-17. The neutral party ruled against that Mr. K[redacted] and the dealership and that they did misrepresent the true condition of the vehicle.  Mr K[redacted] did not mention in his response about this neutral mediator ruling against him and the dealership. There is roughly $750 in repairs needed to be done before this vehicle can be driven at all. I offered to return this vehicle to his dealership at my cost of $500 if he would return my money. Both he and the dealership refused. I can supply the Revdex.com with a copy of this letter from this independent ruling if needed. It should still be available on [redacted]'s complaint site. I also offered the dealership and Mr. K[redacted] to hire a local mechanic and send them to my residence to document all the issue's I complained about to prove they are present and he refused this also. I cannot fix $750 worth of needed to be done with $250. Also if you research Mr K[redacted]'s past sales it shows that he did this to someone else before me also on another vehicle. This dealership should be shut down for good. I am going to report this to the government fraud dept. This dealership needs to be audited by the Federal Government to see how they are getting away with this. This vehicle can still not be driven and has been sitting in the same spot as the day it was delivered. The rear wheels do not even turn because the brakes are locked up along with all the rest of the safety and mechanical problems listed in the complaint. I want either the $750 to do the repairs or return of the vehicle for my money back. I will pay the $500 return shipping out of my own pocket for a full refund of $3300.

Review: I was told that I had a 90 day warranty on my 2003 Jaguar I've only had the car for not even 2 months and ive been at the lot 10xs nothing is being fixed now that I keep calling the lady that sold me the car is now saying I dont have a warranty the car is messes up and they wont fix it they are lieing and giving me the run around.

I am rejecting this cause [redacted] is liening they didnt fix anything,they kept my car 2xs and lied saying they fixed the radiator but it is still leaking they also tryed to charge me $250 for it I still have the reciept.also when I went to first look at the car with a friend she told.me she would put a warrenty on.it for.3 months thats why I got the oil change for.half the price when I kept calling and going back thats when she said theres no.warrenty cause she was frustraited with me .im pretty sure im not the first to file a report on them,she also didnt tell me that there wad a reconstruted title on the car I had to find that out when I went to the dmv in [redacted] that I had to take it to [redacted] cause the car was in a accident prior.It was partly my fault cause I should of been more carefull and read all the documents im still having trouble with the car I had to take it to amco now I have to put in $759 into the car im also going to get the sensors checks cause they might of been intensionally turned off,she even offered for me to buy an exstended warrenty when the 3 months was up.W

Review: I purchased a VOLVO XC90 All Wheel Drive T6 from Keystone Auto/[redacted] off of [redacted] on September 13, 2013. I picked up the car on September 17 in Maryland from [redacted]. On September 20, I dropped the vehicle off to [redacted] to have inspected for registration in NYS. On Seotember 21, the mechanic called to inform me the rear drive shaft was missing from the vehicle. First, this makes the advertised listing of All Wheel Drive "fraudulant". Second, the repair to the drive shaft alone would be apx $2000. Third, the mechanic would not know if there were other transmissions issues with the car until the drive shaft was put in place.

I called [redacted] immediately on September 21 and explained what my mechanic told me. At first, he was willing to refund the money and very apologetic. After that I could not get in touch with him. Four days later he contacted me by email through [redacted] stating he could not help me out and accused me of taking the drive shaft out. I contacted the owner of the business and he was willing to help pay for part of the car to be repaired and now he can no longer be reached. I have now hired an attorney and private investigator.

After extensive research, I found this company, nor the salesman are not licensed to sell cars in Maryland (as is listed on their [redacted] ad). Instead they are located in Pennsylvania. I have reported them to the Attorney General and now the Revdex.com. I also plan on contacting my local Sheriff's office to report them and start a lawsuit.Desired Settlement: At this point, I want a complete refund for the purchase of the car. As I have also paid for insurance, registration and to pick up the car, I want to be reimbursed for same. Finally, as I had to drive to pick up the car in Maryland, I would like them to make arrangements to pick the car up in NY.

I am rejecting this response because:

Seller seems to not understand my complaint. He mentions many things that do not pertain to this case. Seller sold me a vehicle that was advertised as an all wheel drive vehicle, which is what I needed and wanted. He sold me a vehicle that is not all wheel drive, period. To resolve this, seller simply needs to refund money in full amount.

Whatever happened to vehicle prior to me purchasing has no validity to this case. He falsely advertised the vehicle. Once I found out that the driveshaft was missing, I immediately contacted seller and he stated that he would give a full refund for vehicle, then changed his decision and wouldn't refund money. In no way have I harrassed or threatened him. I have retained a law firm that has had their private investigator contact the seller to give a full refund. I would not consider a private investigator trying to contact the seller on behalf of the buyer harrasment.
