[redacted]AttachmentsJun 30 (7 days ago)to me [redacted], Thank you for getting back to me.  I did not respond because it was playing the waiting game unfortunately with Keystone.  The project is still not complete.  We have recently received our third rejection for the site work around the home.  We have also started to experience issue with water wicking up through cracks in the concrete slab in the garage.  When I met with Keystone to review my concerns with code, the blew it off.  I then had the county code office review this and it was found to not meet the code requirements of a vapor barrier under the concrete.  Our doesn’t. I’ve attached the site work rejection letter as well as the letter regarding the code.  Both are in the hands of Keystone.  We have spent months begging Keystone to get suitable contractors in to complete all the work to print and they refuse to shift and really the struggle to accept their responsibilities.  I have asked Lebanon county to get involved to try and get this done properly.  The project is now almost a year old and was to only be 5 months at the most.  There are many things that are issues with Workmanship that Keystone will not address now and want to review in December as warranty.  We do not believe Keystone will follow through with any of the corrections which has been the struggle all along. I feel bad for all their other customers who also have homes that do not meet code.  I’ve struggle with them on other code issues and it seems it takes a third party to convince them to correct anything.  I’m concerned now with other areas of the home.  What else is not to code and may place my family at risk? I need your help to make them aware as well as anyone else impacted.  We need our site work completed by a competent source and all workmanship items corrected quickly.  We’ve spent a great deal of money and have sacrificed a great deal of time of our own trying to get the project completed to print in all areas. Thank you, [redacted]

some of the items on the home acceptance forms such as the grading on the exterior of the home, the grass seeding, and blacktop cannot be completed at this time. these items will be completed in the spring. there is a no other option because of the cold weather. $22,000. has been escrowed by...

the mortgage company and will not be released till the grading and blacktop are complete. There has been a complaint on a few tiles being offset slightly. Keystone Builders has agreed to refund the whole shower cost of $8000.00 even though the quality of the tile shower is of good quality and very acceptable as per the industry standard. this refund will take place after the final draw is released to Keystone Builders.the complaint about some of the carpets. the carpet has been evaluated by the flooring company and has been determined to be within the flooring manufactures tolerance allowance. we have agreed to have an independent inspection done if the home owner pays for the cost of this.  if there is a legitimate problem the inspection fee will be reimbursed.we are waiting on repair kit for a scuff on the one window. this will be taken care of as soon as we receive the kit.the entry point of the outside unit was caulked. it was requested that we trim it out with [redacted] which we agreed to do and later were told to hold off on this. we are waiting for direction on this. The front door concern. we can not do any more to the door till the weather warms up. the concerns is slight difference in wood grain from one mull post to the other, slight roughness, a slight split in a trim pc which has been repaired. this not at all noticeable. All other items have been addressed as per the construction standards and per our contract. The shower enclosure has not been installed because of the pending decision on what will be done to the tile shower.I had agreed to meet on site for a for a final review before receive this complaint. I have postponed meeting till further contact is made to reschedule. Keystone Builders is committed to take of any reasonable requests
