Keystone Carpets

I called Keystone Carpet a week before moving into a new home. There was a pet smell we couldn't get rid of. Karen came out the day I called, within 20 minutes, to take measurements. I went to the shop where she and Stan had found samples that they had IN STOCK (so I could have a quick installation) and colors I described wanting. They were patient and thorough in helping me choose. After explaining I was in a bind, they made time to install all new carpeting and put in a pet odor protectant under the carpet- days before we moved in. Karen took initiative to help me cover a gap we had from our carpet to bathroom tiling. The tiling wasn't installed correctly by the owners and she found a solution for us with a neat metal strip. I am beyond impressed with the customer service, the professionalism, and the actual carpet that was laid. They took me from dreading my move in and feeling sick that I bought the house to being so so so happy I'm moved in!!!! I highly recommend Keystone Carpets and they are who I will be going to when we need our kitchen tiled!!
