Keystone Carports

Review: We paid Keystone Carport to install a metal building on our property. It was installed on November 19, 2012 and paid in full that same day. The first heavy rainfall after installation revealed that the workmen had drilled screw holes in two of the roof panels and missed the crossbeam completely. Water then dripped from those holes and damaged personal property stored inside that building. We called the company and explained the problem. We were assured the workmen would return and replace the two panels. After 5 months the workmen arrived and put screws with glue in the holes as a temporary fix and cut a piece of the panels so they could match the color. We were told they would return within 2 weeks. It is now 3 months and they have not returned. In that time one of the screws has come unglued and it s leaking again. On December 4, [redacted] called the parent company in Virginia and explained the problem and his dissatisfaction. Within 15 minutes we received a call from Keystone Carports in Dallas and were promised that the workmen would be here today, Saturday,December 7. I waited all day. It is now 6:18 PM and they did not show or call. It has been over 1 year that we have been trying to have this problem resolved.Desired Settlement: Replacement of roof panels.
