I don't see why he wouldn't give me my 500 back because he made my first car payment which was $[redacted] because I wasn't paying no car payment on a car that was messed up so therefore he should of payed me my other part of my down payment
Called the business spoke with Mr. [redacted] he stated that Ms. [redacted] will need to come to the shop and he will write off the [redacted].
The business spoke with Revdex.com regarding this purchase. The customer agreed to pay the rest of the deposit and down payment to cover the $[redacted] but then after a month returned the vehicle and wanted a refund. The sale was As-Is and the deposit was not refundable.
