I am rejecting this response because: In their response they said I has previously order services from them which I never haveI've never even heard of the company until I started to receive so many different magazines and called the magazine to find out who was paying the bill for themOf course I also called the company to find out how they received my information but was and have never been contacted by them although I did leave a name and number where I could be contactedI'm rejecting because I've never ordered anything from Keystone everdon't know if its a case of stolen identity and if the company had contacted me maybe get to the bottom of how they got my info

However, I do disagree with the business statement that I ordered services from them. That statement is untrue, I have never heard of this company and did not give authorization to enroll me in any magazine subscriptions. I'm not sure how they received my information but their business practice is suspect of fraud. As stated by the business, I will expect no future bills, fee's or correspondence stating that they have enrolled me in any subscriptions going forward.
