I am rejecting this response because:
Keystone Collections implies that several notices were sent by mail with no response from either my wife or a return notice from the Postal ServiceThe reason there was not a response was because we never lived at the address they were sending mail tooThe Postal Service cannot forward mail if the person never lived at the addressAnd, the whole argument here is that we never lived at this addressWe were being harassed by this collection agency to pay bills for a place we never resided.

This consumer was placed with our office on 10/11/13. We have received no return mail. The consumer called into our office on 10/12/to notify us that he made a payment to our client directly. We did verify the payment and the consumer does have a
remaining balance. We discussed this with the consumer on 10/24/13. He refused to deal with our office and stated that he would take it up with our client. The consumer called our office again on 4/22/and left a message on our voice mail not to call him anymore. We have not called him since. Our client has the legal right to add interest, collection fees and legal fees on unpaid invocies over days old. This is reflected on all of the initial invoices to their customers. Please let me know if you have any questions. My phone number is ###-###-####

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted] Please explain to me how I received mail at 8:04 pm?   I never received any mail or CERTIFIED letter from Keystone Collections.  As indicated in previous messages [redacted] has done work for me within the last two months.    [redacted] never indicated that there was any open balance.   I personal saw my customer account and there was open balance.  So please explain what the $316.00(?) outstanding balance is for?    My complaint is not with [redacted], it's with Keystone Collections!

1. Our first notice was sent out on 10/11/13 at 8:04pm.   We did not state that the consumer received it at that time.
2. We are not required to send anyone certified mail.  We have no return mail from the post office.
3. Our clients do not continue to pursue past due balances once they are placed here.   Any other work done by my client that was not placed here I would not be able to comment on.
4. I cannot comment on what the consumer saw unless I see it.  My client has has th right to have us add collection fees for them and the remaining balance due is as follows:
$316.29 in principal
$40.55 in interest
$8.37 in collection fees
The balance continues to accrue interest until paid in full.

Review: Keystone Collection Services has collected a debt ( a debt which I did not owe) from me in the amount of $195. It is under account number 163027. The check was mailed to them on 1/27/14, and I have a confirmation from the Postal Service that it was delivered on 1/30/14. I also have a confirmation of a cancelled check showing that Keystone Collection Services deposited the check into their account on 1/30/14. I have an invoice showing the balance of the debt was $195. I never received a debt validation notice from this company. However, in order to protect my credit score, I paid the amount in full, and am still receiving harrassing phone calls from Keystone Collection Agency stating that I still owe them money. I have ALL the paperwork necessary to show this debt was paid in full, yet they don't seem to care what paperwork I have, they want more money. I believe this company in the process of scamming me, by attempting to get more money from me than is owed. I believe they are in the process of scamming my wife and I by means of "Zombie Debts", trying to get more money that is not owed. I would like this to stop.Desired Settlement: Unless Keystone Collection Services can provide a debt validation notice, which I have never received and which by law they have to send me, I would like theses harrassing phone calls to stop immediately.

Review: I was contacted over a year ago via phone about unpaid bills at [redacted]. I requested information about these charges, but was never provided any paperwork. I had no invoices from [redacted] on the work performed. I agree that I did have [redacted] perform work, but knew that they were slow on getting invoices out. During this time, we received invoices from [redacted] and issued checks for full payment plus any late fees that [redacted] put on them. Keystone Collections, continues to call about an unpaid balance. Which I'm assuming is their fee to [redacted]. Some of the invoices that they were trying to collect were not even 30 days old. Now, they've put a $316.00 collection mark on my credit report. As of the date I'm writing this complaint, I still have no paperwork from Keystone Collections indicating what this unpaid balance is for or any further detail. I have since had [redacted] perform work on my vehicles and have requested an invoice on spot which I have paid. I want this removed off my credit report and Keystone Collections to stop calling me.Desired Settlement: remove from my credit report and to stop contacting me about bills that have been paid.
