I responded to [redacted] on the same day I received her letter.  I have attached a copy of the letter that was mailed to the same address that she provided.  Concerning the credit reporting, as a courtesy, I have submitted verification to [redacted] to ensure that they have corrected their error and deleted the account.  I have attached a copy of the submission.

Good afternoon [redacted].  The bills this consumer is referring to do not belong to his deceased father.  We have the correct date of birth and social security number on file.  I will put a stop on any future letters and phone calls though.
