I have been denied a loan by Keystone in the past. After the rejection of my application I understood that the product (loan) that Keystone offers in their advertising was not a fit for my credit situation at the time. That is not Keystone's fault.

this place gave us the run around about getting a car and when you brought in a paper to show from dealer ship the woman said a car worth 2000 dollars only this was 2009 dodge caravan she said she got the price from black book well the black book we have the page shows lot more money for car every car is only worth 2000 to them and they have their own black book but will never show you the book they use I think they are *** they gave us run around and not till we complained about this woman did they finally take a application from us and their minds were made up we not going to get nothing
