customer is responsible to provide it. It is also stated that Keystone Foundation Repair, Inc. will not be held liable for any damages to the structure including utilities when excavating around structures. We did place a utility call with Miss Utility for the entire property including the driveway. This utility Ticket Number is [redacted]. If we did damage the sewer line at the time of excavation it was fixed. All of the work agreed upon was completed correctly. The total final cost of the overall projects is $23,000.00. $8,000.00 was given to us on 9/29/2013. To this date $15,000 is still owed with the additional compounded interest of $3,269.59.If paid in full (including interest) we will gladly inform the District court of Maryland for Baltimore County and settle outside of court.

Review: Keystone Foundation Repair came to my house to repair my foundation. First they started the work with no permits and did not have miss utility come out and mark gas and water lines.

During their work, they did not water proof my foundation correctly. Pieces of the spray and waterproofing material were coming off. I have emails about this and confirming this would get handled correctly.

All they did after this was fill the holes they dug back with dirt without fixing any of the issues I brought up. They also damaged my sewer line with the truck/equipment they were using.Desired Settlement: I do not want Keystone close to my house any more. They did a horrible job.

I would like to settle on the left over bill so I dont have to worry about this any more.
