Keystone Motors Volvo

Review: drove car to Keystone, rented a car for the day. Complaint was Clunking noise from Park to Reverse and what I was told by another shop was excessive engine movement. Keystone replaced top motor mount and did a bunch of suspension work, which I approved. Clunking noise was still there when I got the car home,they picked up the car and kept it for a day and repacked the splines. Clunking was still there. I took car to another shop that specializes in Volvo and they correctly diagnosed problem...I needed a new trans. I told Keystone that my problem was a trans ready to go, but they didn't react at all. They replaced a lightbulb that I did not approve. I want a refund for that. I replace my own lightbulbs. This is not the first time Keystone has ripped me off, and I have friends who've been ripped off by Keystone.Desired Settlement: refund what they charged by for changing the bulb and let them know I am extremely displeased with their lack of competence.
