Day and Ross was to deliver a slide to our customer, but the customer refused delivery for that day and Day and Ross lost the slide On April 29, 2016, Day and Ross were delivering a [redacted] Slide to our customer in [redacted] (customer name is [redacted] ) [redacted] , our invoice number [redacted] , and the invoice amount to the customer was $ [redacted] The customer refused delivery for that day because they were taking a physical inventory countDay and Ross took the slide back to their distribution center and lost itWe had to replace the slide to our customer at our cost and all Day and Ross will do is give us a payment of $ [redacted] because that is their policy They were negligent in losing the original slide and attempts to speak with management and claims adjusters at their office were unsuccessful in bring this to a satisfactory conclusion

They are the Epitome of the worst carriers one can use out in the marketIf you are interested in having your valuable goods severely damaged in transit, then hiring these "professionals" is the way to go In the future, I would much rather pay $50-more to get the next best optionAlso filling a claim and ensuring that it is paid out is a nightmare with these guys*** ***If you ever get Day and Ross as an option for your job, I would highly recommend never choosing them

This shipping and trucking company was used to deliver a package from Greensboro, NC *** USA to North Vancouver, BC CANADAThe package included a standing frame for disabled people in perfect working condition at beginning and it was carefully packaged and bubble wrappedWhen I received the package there was only a cardboard taped around the frame to cover up the inside of the package but there was no protective wraps on the frameThe package went through the Canadian Custom and I believe the shipping company didn't wrap and protect it after clearance and shipped it in a way that damaged and broke a crucial part of the framethe frame doesn't work without this partWhen I removed the cover and brought the frame inside the house I found that a piece of the frame was broken during the shipmentI contacted the company with complete documentation and proof of the damage and the fact that the damage was only caused by their poor handling of the package and requested a very reasonabl

I am complaining about Day & Ross Customer ServicesWe are a small business located in ***We ordered some tanks through a company and they were to be delivered via Day & RossItem was shipped out November 12,to be delivered within a few days from ***When we contacted Day & Ross days later, they had lost our shipmentThey couldn't find it it took them days to locate it then it was lost again, then finally delivered on November 25th 2015!! When delivered the driver had no lift gate, no way of getting it out of his truck without literally dropping itHe dropped it out of his truck onto the pavementDo to it taking so long we were just thrilled that it had arrived and we could finally arrange a time to reschedule our job to get done for our customerWhen the time to go install our customers job finally came to we noticed that of the tanks was damagedLikely when they dropped the tank from their truckThey have now denied our claim stating it wasn't

I have been calling the service center several times and have been assured that my delivery is coming todayOf course it didn't and they didn't even callI had to call again, but I guess it is completely useless what they sayThey told me to call the terminal, which of course is closed by now, and I don't even have a numberWhile in the waiting cue for the customer service representative you hear all these announcements how great they are and how you can call to find out where your delivery is, but I guess this is just falls advertisement
