Review: My previous poolman was not able to make the water in the pool completely clear. He said that he does not know how to fix it. [redacted] promised me a clean and sparkling pool if I purchase the [redacted] 360. I asked him if the pool needs anything else, and he said that the [redacted] sweep will clean the water in the pool and the pool does not need any other repair. I payed him $685, which included also 2 year warranty too. He said that the pool will be sparkling in a few days, and if it's not, he promised to deliver one year of pool service for free. The [redacted] worked for one day only!!! When I have tried to contact [redacted], he would not answer his phone... and he finally called back after 10 days saying that he was on a cruise. He said that the sweep needs rerouting or an energy bowl and he asked for more money. We had couple of appointments for which he did not show up and then he said he has yellow fever. I told him to take the sweeper that is not working back and give me my money. He refused to do that. I asked for a receipt, the booklet for the sweeper and his license number, and he never provided neither of them. I ended up hiring somebody else to shock the pool again because I kept waiting for Bill to fix the problem. [redacted] should not be allowed to have a license, as he does not deliver what he promises. He literally stole $685 from a pregnant single woman for a machine that worked for one day! He did not install everything properly to work and my pool got worse, so it had to be shocked again. This guy should not be allowed to have a business and his license should be taken away. He does not answer the phone and it takes him at least a week to call back. he promises a lot and he does not show up or call to reschedule for his appointments.Desired Settlement: Pay $450 for shocking pool and fixing the [redacted] 360. provide license number, receipt and booklet for the sweeper.
