closing is correct, this does not alter the fact that these fees were/are his responsibility to pay.I have attached for your review and records a notarized copy of the Errors and Omissions Affidavit *** *** signed in which he agreed that any errors, such as omissions of fees not collected or addressed at closing, would be immediately resolved with his cooperation, i.e., pay the funds necessary to remedy any errors, misstatements or omissions.In addition, I have also attached for your review and records a notarized copy of the Owners Affidavit *** *** signed whereby he acknowledges "that all taxes, sewer and water rents or other municipal services assessed, levied or filed against the premises are fully paid."In light of the above, it is our opinion that MrMenango not Keystone Premier Settlement Services, LLC is responsible to pay the amount(s) in question.If you should have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,
