Review: Inconstant billing. In Nov. of 2013 I received at $300.00 bill from account number [redacted]. It is am itemized bill. I cannot see where the $300.00 total comes from. I have called the company many times. One women went through the entire bill with me said I only owed on co-pay. She sent the information on for review and sent me a bill with a hand written not the read disregard total working on account corrections. I never received a new bill.On 1/4/14 I received bill that was not itemized stating I now owed $1028.00 . This bill has 14 different account numbers on it and none of them match the account number listed above. This bill also has completely different contact info on it. I have called both numbers and cannot get answers form either. The contact number for the $300.00 bill is ###-###-####. The contact number for the $1028.00 is ###-###-####. Every person I'll talk to at either number cannot give me any answers as to why my bill has changed? How I own so much money? Or why it took so long for me to receive a bill? I believe this company billed my insurance company wrong or provided uncovered therapy without my permission and then billed me for it 6 months after the service.Desired Settlement: I want to bill to go away or a detailed explanation of every charge and why I received it. I also want to know why I was not informed if I was receiving uncovered theories with out my permission. I should know if I am going to receive a large bill 6 months after the fact. I have already payed $280.00 worth of co-pays.
