Review: On 4/17/13 I ordered a box of Gateway Safety Starlite Glasses which I use at work. I received the glasses approx 1 week later, but they were child size. I promptly emailed the company and I received an email from [redacted] "I'm sorry the wrong items were sent. We will send you the correct product with a return label to return the misshipment." On 5/17/13 I sent a follow-up email that I had not received a return label and was told that I had actually ordered the wrong size and once I returned the package they would send me the correct item. I returned the package on approximately 5/20/13 and indicated that I would like a replacement of the adult size glasses. On 6/6/2013 still had not received or heard anything so sent an email to see if they ever received the return package. Received this email on 6/17/13 "Hi, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have been on vacation. I believe your return did arrive and that our shipping dept. was given the task of sending the size you preferred. Since it has been a while that I have been away, please confirm that you received the glasses." Called the company and advised that we never received the shipment. They were to contact UPS. UPS came to my house and I advised that I never received the shipment. Keystone now claims that they shipped the package, UPS claims it was delivered and so it is not their problem and I must file a claim with UPS for the lost shipment. They refuse to refund my money or send out another shipment.Desired Settlement: I have since made a purchase through another company and would like a refund in the amount of $35.02 for the safety glasses I never received.
