This customer paid for man hours of services at $ Between the two trips to their home we spent hours and minutes of cleaning time in their home at the same cost to try and make them happy I've attached pictures taken of the home as to why we couldn't get as much done as the
home owner would have liked As you can see the house was in complete disarray and very hard to work in We are a cleaning service and do not offer junk removal/trash pickup I feel like we have given the customer more than their money's worth

My son's bedroom and loft were a messHowever, the cleaning team closed the door to his bedroom and made NO attempt to clean it They weren't tasked with doing so Pursuant to our previous communications and my prior instructions to the cleaning company, they were supposed to focus on the downstairs floors, BATHROOMS, vacuuming and dusting I did not ask them to, nor did they attempt to tackle clutter in my home I did not complain that there wasn't time to thoroughly clean my entire home I understood that was likely when I hired the service and I accepted that risk Becht's would like the Revdex.com to believe they walked into an episode of Hoarders, however, despite having pets and the dog/cat hair associated with them, the house overall is spacious and there was plenty of open space to navigate as evidenced by the picture of the dining room, which was downstairs and should have been properly mopped Becht's suffered from rushing through the house and overlooking simple cleaning tasks performed by thorough cleaning services man hours of cleaning should have been ample time to thoroughly mop the downstairs floors and clean the bathrooms in my bedroom bath, 1,square foot houseInstead the service received was slipshod and the toilets, after two cleaning services, were left looking like the attached photos.Benjamin Becht, the owner of this company, informed me, "while they may have run out of time they should have done the items they did well." They fell far shortThe tasks they completed on both occasions were poorly performed, except for the vacuuming I am attaching AFTER pictures of the toilets cleaned by the service The bathrooms were second on my priority list I only agreed to permit the cleaning service to return to my house the second time because Benjamin Becht told me via text message on February 8, 2017, at 8:p.mthat he "would send a different crew back out for a man hour or to touch these items up." This was in response to my text stating, "The bathroom surfaces were wiped down, however, the bathrooms aren't clean The floors weren't mopped in the bathrooms, at least toilet wasn't properly cleaned, a portion of the downstairs floor wasn't swept." This was an indication to me that the second team would come out to properly clean the bathrooms and the downstairs floor The second team arrived and vacuumed upstairs staying for minutes with members of the team spending part of their time outside An adult family member witnessed the events during their second "cleaning" sessionStanding outside does not constitute cleaning, nor does taking close up pictures of my son's junk piles Additionally, the assertion that the teams' "cleaned" my house for hours and minutes contradicts the time period the business owner provided to me He informed me via a text message on February 15, 2017, at 10:a.mthat "his first team was there man hours and the second team was there even if it was so [sic] minutes hours So we gave you over man hours for the price of man hours." Being on the premises does not constitute a man hour of cleaning time I have a witness who would testify that two of the staff members on site during the second cleaning were outside and were not cleaning With the other staff members taking pictures, I would assert they also were not cleaning during the minutes they were inside my house. The first failure was an oversight The second failure to properly clean the bathrooms and then leave all of the lights on in my house, interior and exterior, prior to their hasty departure was a complete disregard for providing superior, or even adequate, cleaning service

Customer claimed the crew had taken the phone charger during cleaning Interviewed staff per company policy about the situation Determined that we felt we did not take it but didn't want to argue over a phone charger so we purchased a new charger for the customer despite outstanding
balance from previous work done Called customer for payment of outstanding invoices and ran card given by customer Customer called back and verbally abused staff and proceeded to curse them out Owner returned call to customer and agreed to refund payment on one of the charges to settle with the customer
We gave the customer 7 hours 40 minutes of cleaning time for the price of 4 man hours. The house was in complete disarray and extremely hard to work in. We do not offer junk removal/trash pickup as a service.
