I thoroughly enjoyed derricks inspection. We had hired another company to come in to do our home inspection and we were disgusted by the lack of service and professionalism.
We then hired Derek to come in. Derek provided peace of mind to us. While the home we purchased had very little problems he did point out several things that needed to be fixed that we would've had never seen ourselves and the other company never mentioned. I will gladly refer Derek for any inspection job!
