Clinton IN KFC/ Taco Bell very disgusting will never eat there again! Kitchen, dining & fountain areas very dirty, will inspect before ordering any food from any KFC t Taco Bells. I'm done keeping my mouth shut, next time will take pictures an post them on social media.

Review: It all started with 2 chemical-tasting beverages on the 11/16/15. I called the 800 number, they "took my report" and said someone would follow-up. That never happened. It's now over 2 weeks later and the "customer service" department has my complaint on file, but does not have any timeframe for a follow-up, but has promised a follow-up within 24 hours. This is difficult to belief, because I have been promised a 24 hour follow-up, for 2 week, despite twice-daily calls to inquire. At one point I was advised: "Sir, repeatedly calling will only future delay a response". I find this customer service to be deplorable, it's a polite way of telling someone "sit down & shut up". Aside from "minor & occasional errors", the individual location has served us well. The problem is less with the restaurant, because mistakes do happen, but more with the "refusal to do anything". My request was very reasonable, the value of the sodas which had a chemical & revolting taste. The "people of corporate" have managed to make a "small issue" into a "big issue" by ignoring this as if it was the Whitewater Investigation.Desired Settlement: $3 store credit/coupon
