Customer received refundThe customer was told that she had to wait until the charge was complete and not in the pending state because this has happened before and was an error on the bank and fixed itself once the transaction was completed

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a refund! I have been lied to about this issue since they double charged me.

Review: On January 8th 2015 at approximately 11:10 am I had taken my lunch break and arrived at KFC. Upon my arrival I pulled in to the drive thru where I sat behind another vehicle for 10 minutes. I noticed while waiting that no one ever greeted the lady ahead of me nor was her order ever taken. After waiting for 10 minutes she pulled away so I proceeded forward where I then waited for 5 minutes with no greeting, not a word. I only have 30 minutes for lunch daily so there went 15 minutes. I would understand if there was a sign posted saying the drive thru was out of order, or if someone was busy saying I will be with you in a moment. However that wasn't the case just complete silence for 15 minutes. After growing tired of waiting I drove away slowly by the window where I saw not one employee. This wouldn't be an issue other than the countless times I have sat in the drive thru longer than 15 minutes and also the fact of wasting 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch.Desired Settlement: I would just like the employees to be more aware and for the management to better manage their store.

We take very seriously any reference to poor service in our restaurants. We strive daily to execute systems and processes that result in highly satisfied customers. Although our goal is to ensure that every customer leaves happy, we realize mistakes sometimes do occur. When we are made aware of an issue, our goal is to resolve the problem promptly and to the customer's satisfaction. In this particular instance, the customer's complaint was reported to the Revdex.com but was not received by us until January 26, 2015. We have attempted to contact the customer to gather additional information to resolve the issue. In addition, we have completed a detailed investigation of restaurant operations on the day in question. Although January 8, 2015 did provide challenging weather (ice, etc), we did open the [redacted] KFC/Taco Bell at 11am with a ready staff and a functioning Drive Thru communication system. Our records indicate the first order was taken at 11:10am and 21 subsequent orders were filled during our first hour of business.We are uncertain of the root cause of this complaint, However, we would very much appreciate the opportunity to ensure the customer's overall impression of our restaurant and service is improved. We are very disappointed we have not accomplished a better resolution to date and hope we have the opportunity to do so.Cordially,[redacted]Area Coach[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I noticed in the reply from KFC / Toco Bell they had stated that they had made attempts to contact me however this would be false to my knowledge, I have not been contacted in anyway by this business. I am not sure what the issue was on the said date. However it was obliviously resolved after I had visited. I have been to eat lunch at the said location twice since this incident and the staff has been timely on taking my order. so I will consider this complaint resolved.

I arrived today Friday at 10:12 am as it says in their website that they are open at 10 am. In all the signs at the store says that they open at 10:30 I had to wait 18 minutes in line to wait to place my order. Website is incorrect and is stating incorrect information about operation hours.Desired Settlement: I expect some kind of remuneration for having to wait that long. I arrived to the store that early based on the website's information. I also would like the website to be updated so that no other customer has to be waiting that long to place an order.
