Revdex.com. The complaint ID is *** submitted on 3/4/2018.The complaint was first received via the KFC Customer Complaint Line on Saturday March 3, 2018. Upon receipt of the complaint, the Area Coach for this restaurant immediately contacted the guest for details. This guest is a former employee of this restaurant. He reviewed the details of this guest’s visit and replaced her meal asking her to visit a neighboring restaurant to avoid further issues. She agreed. The Area Coach reviewed the details of the conversation with the Restaurant General Manager as well as the entire management team. The Area Coach completed a thorough investigation of the incident with additonal team member interviews. He did not find any evidence of tampering with the guest’s meal. He instructed the team to have no futher communication with the guest.I contacted this guest on March 12, after receiving an additional follcomplaint from this guest on the KFC Complaint Line. I reviewed the details of her visit with her again. I informed her that the Area Coach discussed this incident with the entire Management Team and that he instructed the team to have no further contact with her via social media. She told me that she was satisfied with our actions and that she would redeem her replacement meal at a different KFC restaurant.
