Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone and have already Very efficient, honest and what they say they are going to do, they do All of them came ready to do the job and it got done in record time Thanks guys!

I went to taco bell #on August 29, at 9:00pmFrom the get go we recieved HORRIBLE service! The [redacted] gentleman at the cash register did not even say a single word,not a smile not a "hello" or "what can I get you" or "can I help you", just NOTHING AT ALL! Just looked at us like we were stupid!the ENTIRE KITCHEN CREW was yellin and playing around meanwhile the lobby had ONE clean table! And the store smelled like dumpsterThey had a big pile of swept up trash just sitting right behind the counter where customers can see with flies all over itBeing hungry we tried to bypass it allWe then ordered meals and when we got to the table to eat it, took a bite out of a crunchy taco and it was like eating a rock it was so hard and the grease was pouring off the tacos! So I went back to the register and asked for the managerA younger woman walked up with attitude from the get go, and said "what do u need" I told her VERY NICELY that the tacos were stale and very hardInstead of SIMPLY APOLOGIZING, she insisted that they just made the shells and she asked me what I wanted her to doI told her I would simply like a refund and she offered it on one meal, so I told her they both had tacos and every one of them were hard! So I would like a full refund She snatched the receipt out of my hand and started huffing and puffing and slamming buttons on the computer and the cash drawerWe then walked out and realized that we forgot to get our receipt back from her, so we walked back in and asked her and she rolled her eyes and threw it at usSo we asked for her name and she rudely said [redacted]  As a MANAGER this is horrible service, your guests should always be greeted with a smile and if something is messed up with a order or product the least that should be done is a simple "im sorry about that!" "I do apologize"Needless to say this makes me never want to go to another taco bell and makes me want to tell everyone what horrible service they have!!

I’m very happy with Clear Air Conditioning and Heating! It’s going on a year since they installed my A/C units and I haven’t had any issues Gary Kramer was very patient answering all of my questions and I’m sure I repeated a few of themI explained my needs for my Home and Gary gave me his recommendation without trying to up sell me like other companies didThe price was reasonable and I couldn’t be happier The installers were friendly and cleaned up after themselvesGary saw the whole project through from answering my questions to installation I highly recommend this company

I can't say enough good things about this companyWe had a horrible situation where we had to replace our year old AC unitI had gotten about quotesGary and Clear Air conditioning and heating were by far the most professional, intelligent and polite contractors I met withI asked Gary as many questions as possible and he answered every single one of themIf he didn't know the answer he would contact the wright person and make sure I was getting correct informationDuring the day of the project Mike and Mike installed my unit and they did an amazing job.They had the precision of a surgeon while taking off the old unit and installing the new oneThey had no problem answering any questions I had on the installation processThomas also came to help, and without hesitation he was up on the roof working and answering any other questions I hadThey honestly made this horrible situation even betterI percent recommend Clear Air Conditioning and HeatingThey will give you the most honest answer, and even more importantly they will do the install CORRECTLYI will never go to anyone else for my AC needsThanks agin Clear Air!!! I've learned a lot from my recent AC purchase As an accountant I guess I'm analytical and I research thoroughly prior to making a buying decision Based on my readings and experience, my conclusion is that the ultimate determiner of whether you get a dependable system is the quality of installationYes, I believe I got a fair price for my AC unit based on my consultations with other companies But the entire process with Clear Air was at my controlled pace (Gary), with a well-run company (Curt and Michelle), with the highest level of training and experience (Mike)All my questions were timely answered and they did what they promised they would doThey answered phone calls, arrived when promised, followed up on loose ends, and essentially set my expectations and beat themEven with a technical issue outside of his control, Mike spent all the time necessary to make sure everything was done rightQuite the expertI will send all my friends and family in Clear Air's direction based on the quality of the people and the fairness and expertise of their service

This was the best experience we ever had with a companyOur A/C unit went out on us after yearsIt was Wednesday mid-morning when I called Clear Air to see if they could help usThe dispatcher (JoAnn) was very efficient and knowledgeableShe scheduled a consult with Mike and he confirmed the problemA new unit was ordered and installed the next dayThe installer (Nathan) was very professional and worked tirelessly in degrees to finish the installI highly recommend this company for their quality of work, their compassion and understanding of the clients needs, and their overall professionalismThank-you Clear Air

After years, my ac unit stopped workingI had companies come out for estimatesAlthough Clear Air was the highest bid, it wasn't by muchI did not feel pressure to buy a more expensive unit, like the othersAt the time of my estimate, Gary was very prepared and explained his proposal with a diagram so I understood the modification he had in his proposalHe had a very detailed estimate and his modifications made sense for a better airflow to each roomWhen his crew came today, they were on time and the nicest guys The worked hard and so curtiousThey cleaned up after they completedMy new ac is working great!!! We have been with Clear Air since they started years ago and find them to be outstanding
in all that a customer looks at such as technical competence, ethics, customer orientation,
provide great value, great punctual serviceThomas W is one of the best techs I have met
He can spot trends in the equipment and will go out of his way to advise the customer
technicallyHe will always take the time to do it right even if he has to run for parts

Clear Air was out to our home several days ago to replace our old and tired AC unit and did a fantastic job They removed the old AC unit, roofing repairs were performed by someone else and they were back out the next day to complete the new install Now we have a new great, quiet and efficient unit Top notch with everyone connected from start to finishWould recommend them %

Clear Air has restored my faith in a businesses ability to provide exceptional serviceThis company--the office staff, service manager/technician and owners--are friendly, honest, reliable, prompt, professional and courteousWe waited days for our home warranty company (and the assigned contractor) to repair our A/CWe gave up and contacted Clear Air, who diagnosed the problem, picked up the parts and made the repair in LESS THAN hours on the SAME day

I worked with Gary K*** and Clear Air recently on a new AC Unit installI originally had Gary out in the summer for an initial quote as I was beginning my due diligence and receiving multiple quotesLuckily the unit made it through the summer but started to take its last breaths recentlyI had a great experience with Gary and decided to have him as my contractor after purchasing a New unit from NewACUnit.comIf you buy from there, or buy offline, use Clean Air as your contractorThey are competitive with new Trane units and great to work withGary really gave me insight into what I needed for my homeI ordered a ton but he advised to go with a smaller unit that was more efficientI can't say enough about Gary and Mike, Install Manager, on this jobThey had it up on the roof and running in just a few hours

they got my orders wrong the last 3 times I went there. It takes and average of 3 trips to get my orders right. they refuse to give refunds, this last trip on my 3rd visit to get my order resolved other customers were telling everyone that walked through the door that they were slow and screwing up everybody's orders. management refused to come to front to address any of the several people in lines complaints
