Review: I bought a year of technology services for my new computer. The first month they helped me. For the last two months, I have had trouble with my computer because of a virus. I have tried unsuccessfully in contacting this company by e-mail, phone and on the internet with no success. They have not responded to my calls on the internet as the line seems to be busy or there is a short message that they will get back to my as soon as possible. I would like to know if I have been scammed by this outfit.Desired Settlement: I would like to have either a partial refund since they were able to help the first month. Or I would like them to contact me so that I can get the issues solved on my computer.
