I bought a car with this dealership years ago and received excellent service My husband wanted another car so we decided to go see what this dealer had We arrived and the young sales guy with the weird blond hair style ate a pizza out of the box while giving us the information on the car We left to go see another car and after deciding to return to KG to purchase the car there the same guy was so rude...basically told us to go since they closing in 10min...and that we were not going to be allowed to test drive a vehicle unless we paid for it upfront...as if we would buy a car at that price without first testing it...we were shocked that the growth of this company meant that they lost their customer satisfaction focusWe decided not to go back ever!

The car belongs *** at *** *** *** *** *** ***

Talked to a rep named Isacc and was miss informend me on a carWhen I got there the pictures on the ad did not match the actual vehicleThey looked photoshopped in comparisonThis car was not even safe for the roadWhen we talked to a different sales rep he sounded totally uncaring and did nothingThis place is very sketchy and would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this dealerThey sell cheap cars from auctions and don't even have titles on locationThey are not a scam but at the same time they are ripping you off

we bought a Honda Civic from k&g Motorsit turned out to have structural damage that we weren't aware ofIt had been in an accidentwe had it taken to a body shop where they told us that the cradle had been bent this was two days after we bought the car we went back to kg motors and talked to ther owner and our insurance company after everything was sorted out we found that it was no fault of K&G but they still offered and gave us money to pay for the repair of the car it was an unfortunate situation but their business practices helped make it easy I can't say enough good things about them

In 2010, bought a Honda Odyssey I took the van next week for my mechanic and he gave me a long list of item that REQUIRED (not recommended) to be fixed along with an estimate of $Plus dealer showed me an accident free carfax, which later I learnt that car was in a minor but not structural accident requiring paint job on both rear doorsWhen I approached the dealer, he was outright rude

We are in the used car business, and everything is sold ASISCustomer has right to take the car to mechanic before they buy it.">Thank you

I have talked to my partner and we decide to refund her a check for $I hope she will be happy with it
Thanks

The reason we sold the vehicle to different customer is [redacted] didn'  want to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle. We do not hold any vehicle to anybody unless there is a deposit and the customer...

was told about that.

The response from the business was incorrect! They NEVER asked for a down payment for the car. We asked them several times if one was needed and was told no. They knew we had a loan with [redacted] and all information regarding this was passed onto [redacted]  He faxed a copy of all paperwork to [redacted] and knew we were waiting on repairs to the car to be completed before we went forward.  We called every few days to speak with [redacted] and asked if repairs were complete and was always told no,they were waiting on a part.  The entire encounter with KG Motors was unethical and poor customer service.  If we were told to have a down payment to hold the car it would of been done when we gave ALL info for our loan, but instead was told that the car was off the lot for repairs and would not be sold to anyone else.  We were lied to on many occasions and believe that they never intended to do the repairs and sold the car to someone else with no repairs being made.

My sons first car. I wanted him to have a good experience so I suggested buying it from a dealer rather than someone off the street. (My Mistake) Well he bought a 2004 Acura, We dealt with salesman [redacted]. We told [redacted] we were looking for a reliable car because my son drives to Lexington for work, daily. He told us that he personally drove this Acura and that this model was a reliable this car. Satisfied with his assessment we purchased the car. We picked up the car Tuesday night and the clutch went out Friday, halfway home from Lexington. Repairs have cost us $1265 and a $365 towing charge. We called [redacted] about the trouble with the car and he said there is nothing he could do, that we would have to talk to the manager. Well, we have been trying to contact the manager for two weeks with absolutely no results. We have left a dozen messages. We have been given excuses each time we call, but no return call. I have never dealt with anyone with this lack of respect for a customer. I feel like they took advantage of my son and me. They took our money and ran. I hope I never have to deal with these types of sale professionals again. This is where car dealers get there bad name.

I purchased the car on a SUNDAY, after driving from out of state to get the car.  After the holiday on Monday (MLK day) I took it to a mechanic the first chance I had.  It was also quite snowy out, and the car had parts that I was led to believe were frozen because of the temps.  Since, I have learned of more issues with this car, the one that I was told, verbatum, was in "good working order".  1) The sun roof does not open.  I was told it was frozen.  2) The Antenna does not go up and down.  I was told that it was frozen.  3) Paint that was meant to cover bumper scratches has already come off and it looks more like nail polish was used than auto repair paint.  4) I have already had the differential repaired once and it was not enough to fix the problem.  I am going to try another repair, but it is likely that the differential will need to be replaced.  This replacement is tricky since the spot where the differential connects to the frame has a large patch of rust entirely thru the frame itself. 5) Muffler has started to have issues, and all of this has happened in just two months.
As based on the original assertion that this car is in good working order, after the first salesperson that I spoke with specifically took it out for a test drive at my request (or at least he told me he did then called me back with the results), there is no way that a car with this many problems can be determined to be in good working order.  Even the cars.com advertisement that I noted in my first complaint filing is, at the least, false advertising.  This company is selling cars and saying that they are good, off the lot, but the differential leak and frame rust is a serious issue that was not disclosed at time of purchase. Other issues are cosmetic or simply issues of age with an old car, but it is BAD BUSINESS to sell cars that have core problems that could have left me stranded on my drive back to Indiana.  That is selling cars that are knowingly unsafe.
Consumers are now driving from all over thanks to the internet to find all sorts of goods, cars included.  What they are buying should be what was represented.  If you continue to allow dealerships to falsely advertise goods that are willfully sold with mechanical and structural issues, without disclosing them before purchase and therefore allowing the consumer to make a more informed decision, is simply neglect of the commerce system of your state and allowing for shady dealerships to prey upon those that do not know the first thing about cars, how to find a reputable mechanic in the area on a SUNDAY (as in my case, but really any day, which is why I took it to my own mechanic the first day I could after returning home), or those in need of a vehicle that expect to be dealt with fairly.  I have called this dealership on multiple occasions and have asked to speak with a manager regarding this car, each time they said that one would call me back, and no one ever did.  No call, no message, no e-mail.  I am under the impression that they know that they are preying upon people and hiding behind the protection that Ohio provides in not allowing returns of used cars, and therefore selling items that are knowingly defective without consequence.  This can not continue to occur and allow the reputation of your state and car dealerships that sell reputable cars not come into question.
