I read his responseThe coward may have come to my house but did not speak to us and we were home all that dayI only knew he was here because he left his card on my front doorI do not know of ANY concrete company who has numerous cracks in brand new concrete less than a month after the job was completedThis company should not be able to operate with such shoddy workmanship, the absence of obtaining a permit to do the job because "he didn't know he needed one" and the way he will not address complaints until it reaches this pointThe biggest crack goes from one side of the driveway to the other and is now branching off into other cracksYou can't tell me this is or acceptable for concrete to do this so quicklyThe decorative concrete on the front porch has numerous cracks alsoWe are talking about a huge area, not random stress cracksI hope this complaint can be made for public knowledge so no one else uses Wendell J*** or his companyThey are simply a bunch of crooks who do shoddy work and will not stand behind their work
We did install a concrete driveway for Mrs. [redacted] and I did go out and look at it when I received her complaint. The cracks are stress cracks. It DOES NOT affect the structural integrity of the concrete. This was also explained to Mrs. [redacted]. The contract signed with her DOES NOT GUARANTEE...
CRACKS OF ANY SORT. This was stated to her when she made the original complaint. To my knowledge, there is no company who guarantees against cracks. Sometimes a company can do everything right and still experience a crack in the concrete.
In regards to the complaint from [redacted], that we put her phone number in error for our contact number on an advertisement on Yellow Pages:K G Scow Improvements was unaware of the advertisements on the Yellow Pages website. We have not put any...
advertisements on any website and we also have not received several phone calls from your phone number trying to contact us. [redacted] has tried to contact you and even left his personal cell number for you to contact him regarding this matter. After receiving the letter with your complaint from the Revdex.com, he tried calling you again. K G Scow Improvements was not at fault here and the Revdex.com has done there job to research and has confirmed that it was clearly not our doing. They have directed Yellow Pages to correct their mistake. K G Scow Improvements does not need to advertise due to most of our jobs come directly from our customer referrals and is doing extremely well in the Patio Cover business. we tried unsuccessfully to contact Mr. [redacted] and receive a date to repair the work. He did not respond to our inquiries. Since that time, he "did respond" and we are in the process of resolving his complaints.
