Review: I bought a car from the dealership where I faced several problems 1) The full price was not disclosed until the last minute in the deal 2) The price was presented in terms of monthly installment that was hard to understand in total payment 3) The dealership delayed the sale process to entire day, tiring me so much that I couldn't piece together the entire cost of the car by the time they made me sign the deal 4) They sold me a 4 year insurance as protection saying I could cancel the protection in 6 months 5) I have called them repeatedly to cancel the insurance, they never answer the call and introduce excessive wait on phones 6) The additional insurance costing 4000 dollars is non cancelable, the fact that I found out after buying the vehicleDesired Settlement: 4000 dollar additional cost that I didn't sign up for or need

T o Whom It May Concern:

In regard to the above listed customer's complaint, I am sorry [redacted] is not happy with his experience at our dealership; however I disagree with a few of the statements that he has made. All of our salespeople completely go over the vehicle price prior to any customer speaking with the finance manager, and as for waiting in our showroom, at times we are very crowded and our finance manager takes his time with each and every customer to explain thoroughly the loan process and sometimes this may cause a delay to other customers waiting. In regard to the after sale items that [redacted]i is objecting to, it is our policy that if any customer is unhappy, please have him return to the showroom to go over these items and to resolve any issues that he may have.

Sincerely

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They have repeatedly refused to cancel the policy and refund the insurance, I have made several calls to their office and wasted

hours waiting for their response. I need a written assurance that the extended warranty policy will be cancelled and money refunded.

The business practice they follow is very close to fraud and they use all tricks in the book to make unsuspecting customers fall to

paying extra insurance that costs 3-4k on top of the vehicle price.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

This cancellation cannot be done over the phone, [redacted] must come into the dealership to fill out the cancellation documents. If you require any further information, please contact my office at the above listed number.

Review: I purchased my vehicle from this dealership on 01/**/13. The finance manager [redacted] told me in order to get the financing I had to purchase a Gwc warranty that cost $3500 gap insurance and some other anti theft glass etching, so I did. The next day I looked over the paperwork and notice the amount financed was $10,000 more than the price of the car so I wanted to cancel all of this extra stuff.A week later I had to go to the dealership to get work done on the car that should have been done before I bought it.At the dealership I explained that I wanted to cancel the warranty and the other extras. The manager [redacted] told me I could not cancel the warranty the only way I could cancel would be if the car was stolen, totaled, or repossessed. He would not give me the cancellation form never mind a signed one.I thought this was totally unfair. I went online and looked for the cancellation forms myself filled them out and wrote cancellation letters to the Gwc warranty and the other two and explained to them how the finance manager told me in order to get financing I needed to buy their warranties and insurance.I sent the letters certified mail on 02/**/13I received a letter from glass etching company saying it couldn't be cancelled because its already on the windows. Lesson learned with that one. Next I received a credit to my Td bank auto loan for $1130 on 05/**/13. I just assumed this was a refund for the gap insurance. I didn't hear from the warranty company so I assumed again that I couldn't cancel it after all.On 08/**/13 I called the warranty company because I never received ID cards. They told me my warranty was cancelled as of 02/**/13 an they sent the refund back to kg Suzuki on 04/**/13I called kg Suzuki to find out where the rest of the refund is. They had me on hold for for 30-1hr 5 separate times an I was hung up on. I was forced to go to the dealer in person. The manager told me that 1130 was my refund of 3500 and that the dealer has to make money.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the remainder of my warranty refund which is $2370 plus taxes I paid and the interest I had/have to pay on that money that was not returned to me for the past seven months.I just want what is mine nothing more.[redacted] did offer to give me a $800 check I said no,he offered $1350, that he would refinance my car loan to a better apr and free oil changes. I told him I wasn't interested in that I just want my refund.

Review: I purchased an 2007 Infiniti G35 on Dec *, 2012. The vehicle price stated is $16,490. On the invoice it states I paid $26,395. To this day the dealer has not provided itemized break down of all the fees that makes the difference between $26,395 and $16,490. This fees which were not brought to my attention at time of sale includes processing fees, bank fees, service contract fees i.e. warranty and other finance charges. The finance manager reported to me that he included an 89$ a month fee that was rolled into the car payment for the life of the loan which is 72 months. I was not aware he rolled this amount of $6408 ($89x72months) into the pricing of the car instead of separating the service contract pricing. The 89$ a month was a for a service contract that covered the warranty, gap, and anti-theft protection and was a REQUIREMENT to get the loan at 4.9% per dealership policy rules(I have excellent credit). I told him I didn't want the service contract and he stated after I paid off the car loan I would receive a check for the remaining unused portion of the service contract. Otherwise I would NOT have purchased the car. I had to show them a letter of the bank with the pay off statement and I could not cancel until after three months or there would be a cancellation fee of approx. $4,000 – he did not nor would not provide any of this in written documentation after I repeatedly asked him on the phone or in person. In addition, I was not aware of a bank processing fee which at the time of signing of the contract was not disclosed and is not reflected in the bank statements of approx $2000 After following his rules and 7 months later, I received a check for the amount of only $750. I only used the three months of the service contract as required and I feel I'm entitled to at least $6141 ($89x69months) – In addition, I suspect I was charged as stated above unknown processing fees that the dealer did not disclose at time I signed the contract. I have already stopped in at the dealership to resolve this matter with no success and sent them two certified letters asking for an itemized statement of the fees. The owner never opened my letter. On the other hand when the finance manager(s) received my certified letters firmly asking them to show the itemized pricing or I will pursue other avenues the finance manager contacted me with an amount of $2300 which I had one day to "take it or leave it". I have been significantly misrepresented with no disclosure of all the fees the makes up the difference between $16,490 and $26,390.Desired Settlement: I feel I'm entitled to at least $6141 plus approx $2000 that was not disclosed in writing to me at time of signing the contract. The total amount is $8141. I would never have bought this car at an inflated price of over $26,000

To Whom It May Concern:

In regard to the above listed customer complaint, [redacted] purchased an extended warranty , Vin Etch Anti Theft Protection and a Gap Waiver on his vehicle , he agreed to purchasing these after sale items at the time he purchased the vehicle in December of 2012. On March **, 2013 we received a cancellation request from [redacted] for the extended warranty on his vehicle; we forwarded all this information to the warranty company and waited for the refund check to be sent to us from their office. Upon receiving the check from their company, we immediately sent a check to [redacted]. In regard to the Anti Theft Protection, this item is noncancelable as it is permanently installed on the vehicle, (copy Attached of policy).

We would like to resolve any issues that this customer has and ask that he return to the dealership to speak with our finance manager.

I have already stopped in at the dealership as matter of resolvement with no success and sent them two certified letters asking for an itemized statement of the fees. After they received my certified letters firmly asking them to show the itemized pricing or I will pursue other avenues the finance manager negotiated an amount of $2300. I feel I'm entitled to at least $6000. In response to his statement that the anti-theft plan cannot be cancelled, he did not inform me at the time of sale. I was under the impression that the anti-theft plan was part of the service contract that can be cancelled as I stated above. As a result I was misrepresented and not given the full disclosure prior to signing the contract.

Review: This car was defective when I bought it, the minute I left off the lot with it warning lights started flashing on the dash. This has been the worst dealership ever to deal with. First they tried to jack up the price of the car from the internet offered price. Internet price was 18000, by the time I was brought in the office to sit with a man by the name of [redacted], the purchasing price for the car was 32000, and I had already given them a 3000 deposit. When I told them that was not acceptable, how on earth can the price of a car jump like that an argument occurred and I told them at that point I wanted my deposit back which they refused. I was told by [redacted] and a sales rep named [redacted] that I would only be getting half my deposit back, because they did work on a loan for a car I no longer wanted, they tactics are horrible and they tried to pressure me into this vehicle, and felt pressured into having to take the car, because I did not want to loose out on my deposit. [redacted] finally agreed to drop the price of the car when I stated that by law they could not just keep my deposit and I would be contacting my lawyer, I still did not even want to deal with these people after that, and ended up taking the car at 26000 minus my 3000 deposit, which was still not at the internet offered price. They jack up the prices with these bogus fees and surcharges like a 160 check point that is given to fully check out the vehicle before it is sold, which you will find out does not happen. The next day after taking the vehicle I called KG to speak with a man by the name of [redacted] who was my sales rep to tell him the car had lights popping up on the dash,he then got me an appointment about 2 weeks later with service department ran by [redacted]. The car was brought in by my fiance [redacted] and service told her the car just needed to be updated, and cleared, at that time she asked for paperwork to show what was done to the car, and was told she doesn't need any it was only cleared and its in there system of the service. The next 2 weeks or so same issue, I once again called and complained of the car having a few lights flashing saying there was something wrong with the car, one again my fiance took the car in for service, and once again she was told the same thing, but this time demanded paper work from them. A few months later it happened again, warning lights ,same issues, even more added to it. I then demanded to speak to management at this point in which I was giving the run around time and time again, being told there was no manager, I was being put on hold for almost a half hour at a time, and at times even being hung up on. When I finally pressured them with threats of an attorney being involved they finally said they will see whats wrong with the car and fix it, so once again my fiance took the car in, and now at this point and knowing the warranty has expired, the admit its a problem, and I would half to pay 1300 to get it fixed, due to warranty expiring and they don't cover what needs to be fixed. My fiance explained this was an issue bought to there attention the minute we took that car from there lot,and they are responsible to fix it. Bottom line there refusing to do so, and say there warranty don't cover it, that its not covered under the lemon law either. My fiance recorded the whole meeting with Joe from service department and Manager of facility which is the same person who signed all my paper work the day I purchased the vehicle, and the refusal of them to fix the car, and all the issues we have had with the car since the purchase date. I would like to use this recording if possible to get justice and this place out of business. This place is ripping people off, not honoring warranties, not honoring the lemon law, and a dishonorable business, something must be done. I want to return this car and get my money back from them and go to a honorable place of business to purchase a car who deserves my hard earned money.Desired Settlement: Would like to give this car back to KG Suzuki, have my deposit returned, and my loan satisfied

To Whom It May Concern:

When [redacted] purchased his vehicle on March &, 2013 his vehicle passed NYS Inspection and this vehicle had no mechanical issues, this vehicle was checked out by [redacted] prior to and after delivery and was insatisfactory condition from the date of purchase until May **, 2013 when [redacted] returned to our dealership stating that he had a light on inhis vehicle. After our service department checked his vehicle and ran diagnostic tests on it at not charge to [redacted] it was determined that there was an issue. [redacted] had declined to purchase an ex:tended warranty at the time of sale and this issue is not covered by Lemon Law warranty, he was given a quote for what the repairs to the vehicle

would be.

I was reviewing the information that [redacted] provided to your office (I am attaching a copy for your records) "I did research

on my own and purchased a warranty from a more trust worthy Establishment" there is a possibility that this item and

the labor is covered under his new warranty, we would contact that warranty company to see if this item was covered with them and waive the deductible for [redacted] in order to take care of the issue with his vehicle.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

To Whom It May Concern:

The first date [redacted] brought his vehicle to our repair shop was on May **, 2013, see attached repair order. On May **, 2013 our service manager and head mechanic diagnosed the vehicle for [redacted] and provided him with an estimate for the work, which he refused to pay or consent to. [redacted] also declined to purchase an extended warranty for the vehicle at the time of sale so any future repairs are at the customer's own expewie. The vehicle had passed NYS Inspection at the time of sale and the vehicle was in working order. [redacted] did have Lemon Law warranty but this item that needs repair is not covered under NYS Lemon Law. In addition [redacted] stated that he did purchase an extended warranty for another company on his own and we offered to accept that warranty and submit a claim for the repair and waive any deductible he may have. If he is interested in making an appointment, please have us contact our service

department at his earliest convenience.
