When he came out to do the job he had cursed and spoke down to my wife in front of my yr old daughterHe cut up the bottom of my new 5th wheel with a sawzall and carved it up like a child worked on itAnd made the black tank drop out from under the camperHe had only been called out for a leak and decided to install a in pipe to correct the leakHe charged me $for his work and replacement of this pipeUsed tape to tape bottom of the camper back upI told him I would pay half upfront and half after he fixed the underbelly he carved upHe refused to accept the money I was trying to give himMy toilet was still unusable after he leftHe refused to give me a bill for his workHe screamed and yelled the whole time he was working on our 5th wheelVery unprofessionalWe went days with out a toilet
On May 25, New World RV Service came to our home to work on the ac units on our Fifth Wheel rvI had called previously to speak with Mr*** about our issue and ask if he did warranty work for Mastertech Vehicle Protection ProgramWe purchased a service contract when we purchased the RVHe said he does in fact work with this warranty companyAfter his tech repaired both of our ac units he told us we had to pay in full at the time of service and he would have to submit the warranty claims for us to be reimbursedWe have called and spoken with the owner several times and even sent a copy of our warranty to himI spoke with him again on 6/28/and he said he had not filed our claim but would get right on itWe have not heard anything back from himWe paid $2,up front and our service agreement states that we have a $deductible ONLY
