August 10, 2016To who it may concern:PT'S first visit was on 7/26/2016 @ 2:15PM for annual pap smear and GYN consultation/Well Women exam. PT was here with her fiancé'....
On this visit PT was in the office until 4:15.On 8/1/2016 - PT was notified that she needed to come into office for a follow up visit and treatment. PT was scheduled on 8/2/2016 @ 1:00pm to receive treatment and for Dr to go over her test results.On 8/2/2016 - PT arrived @ 1:00pm for her scheduled apt. In the practice of OB/GYN the availability of the Dr is unpredictable because he has no control over which PT would go into labor. On this day 8/2/2016 Dr had 2 scheduled surgeries in which were delayed at the hospital along with one delivery. PT waited 45 minutes and she stated she had to leave and go back to work and that she would return on Thursday 8/4/2016 @ 12:45 during her lunch break, but would call later to try and speak to Dr Kayani later in the afternoon. PT then called repeatedly. Dr Kayani gave a small explanation of results and advised that she needed to come in to the office on 8/3/2016 between 12:30 - 1:30, for he wouldn't be available on 8/4/2016. PT continued to repeatedly call even though we were busy with other PT's and office meeting @ 4:15. The last call PT asked once again what time her pt time was, I explained she could come between 12:30-1:30.On 8/3/2016 - PT arrived at 1:00pm for follow up visit and treatment. PT left office fully satisfied after explanation of lab results and necessary treatment.Our office & staff has always treated the PT with respect and dignity.

I am rejecting this response because: the office failed to enclose the fact of on my first visit I arrived prior to my appt time was was at the office for a few minutes short of 2 hours with only seeing the doctor for 5 to 7 minutes of that time. And he was present in the office and only 1 other person sat waiting with me as well. I left understanding but what made it worse, on my follow up visit I arrived prior to my appt time, sat for 45 mins to over here a phone conversation of the nurse [redacted] with another customer calling saying that Dr was not even in yet. Which then prompt me to ask at which she then disclosed while calling the only other person sitting waiting with me to the back that the dr was probably still in surgery. And I qoute, she said " they are always messing up my scheduling" so after she took that person back I asked was he going to be in soon or would he be able to accommodate me for early the next morning because I was missing work each time I came. She gave the said soonest date of Thursday noon I believe and I asked her could she at least have him to call me so we can di8his diagnosis. She said yes would talk to him. I returned to work, calling an hour after I left and he was still "not in yet". Had I stoll been there I still wouldn't have been seen. I waiting another hour, 2 hours after I left, and was told he had just got in and she hadnt talk to him yet but would let him know. After yet another hour, I called my 3rd time, not repeatedly, and the Dr answered and as previously was very rude and unprofessional in his reapinse to me. None of this was addressed in their response and that is my problem. Once I was seen, I had no conversation for the dr so I was quiet in the follow up, received the needed information and left. No apologies or anything has ever been offered for my inconveniences experienced at this office as a first time patient as well as responsible for the lack of professionalism shown. After reading other customers reviewed it seriously concerned me placing my medical needs in there hands. But as no one else was accepting patients at this time; I have to complete my visits with that office
