on may 9, 2012 after several visits, was talked into replacing an old filling, once filling was removed, was advised by dr [redacted], advised I now needed a crown. dr [redacted] placed a temp crown in, within leaving, I was started experiencing pain and problems. I went for a second opinion,on may 22, 2012 at [redacted], dr.[redacted] took x rays and then continued my treatment. I my insurance carrier and was advised that orland dental had already been pain for the crown and services included, I advised the customer service rep. the crown had never been placed in my mouth, and still had the temporary crown in my mouth. I contacted orland dental, advised I would not be returning and would like the crown that was prepared for me and that they had been paid for. I was told no, I could not have it. I initiated an appeal with my insurance carrier ([redacted])in January 2013. on January 3, 2013, [redacted] placed a new crown in my mouth. As of this date 09/04/13, [redacted] is still attempting to get the money back from orland dental, for services that were not completed.
