Review: Shortly after purchasing engagement ring in 2013, we had incident with one of top diamonds falling out[redacted] sent off to her jewelerThe ring was repaired and deliveredHad more incidents after that early this year with stones falling outEnd of february another diamond out of top fell out, we found on the floor in church, put it in a small baggie, called her and made arrangements to drop off(wedding date 4/18/2015) received ring back a month later, two weeks before weddinghad the ring for 3-days and stones fell out again this time another top and side small diamondsCalled her, told her about the problem and the recurring problem with diamonds falling out (i have a low impact desk job as a/p clerk) I mailed ring to her insured/priority mailshe never called to state that she received the $ringi tracked it and she received it days after I sent it back(wedding is in a week and 1/2) I had to go out and buy a substitute to match the wedding band we purchasedafter wedding we got in touch with her and she accused me of damaging the ring(i took pics prior to sending it to her) we asked her to return ring and aslo asked her for the name of her jewelerwe received the ring days after leaving messages but never got a name of the jewelerwhen I received ring back...IT WAS DAMAGED AND SCRAPED on the sides...stones on top were sitting crookednot at all the way I sent it to her (thank god for the pics I took) we took it to a local jeweler and got a evaluation of the ring and was told the ring is improperly and poorly madeTHANKS TO THIS COMPANY FOR ALMOST RUINING OUR SPECIAL DAYWE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!Desired Settlement: refund for ring, postage, and emotional distress
