Review: I purchased a product "dong dong xia cao" on $699 from Khan-Hong Tong Herbs & Oriental Foods Supermarket located on [redacted]. I don't have good health and wanted it help and improve my health. I confirmed the product was within 2 year new. I got home and opened it and then cook it. I found it was must be very long time in store. I took it back and ask for a full refund. Because it was opened and experience, I asked to weigh it before they taking back in case it would cause misunderstanding later. We found it was short of quantity. I don't know how to read scale. They did investigation for one week and asked me to be responsible for "short" portion. I talked with manager several times on the phone and we could not reach agreement. Of course I have not touched it at all.Desired Settlement: I ask for help to get full refund. Thank you very much.
