The customer placed a fraudulent order with billing and shipping addresses specified as below The elegant touch by crystal [redacted] The order was flagged by our fraud prevention system and upon contacting customer, it was confirmed the customer resided overseas and provided following address [redacted] The original shipping address provided was of a mail forwarding service [redacted] **We notified customer, it is our policy to be prepaid using a payment method other than credit card since those can be very conveniently charged backCustomer refused and keep on insiusting to process the order and even threating with uncles living around the area who would be sent to deal with our warehouse staffFollowing are attached with the case 1) Order details 2) Customer details 3) Refund confirmation 4) Possible fraud order flag 5) Email communication

Can you imagine how upset I was when I opened the box?? Can you imagine how even more upset I was opening that box and getting horrible customer service over the phone?When I had emailed, I asked that the rest of the bottles be sentNot be refunded! I read the reply from the companyThey claim they sent me orders, but failed to say that until the final replacement they sent, the initial order of three 8-oz jars had not been metThe first “replacement” of the leaking 16-oz jar was with an 8-oz jar, thinking I should keep and use and food jar that was shipped open and leakingI finally received two 8-oz jars to compete the order. Then I get a notice from the post office that they filed a claim of damage in shipmentThey admitted to me in an email that the product they sent me was coming from the manufacturer in a leaky conditionThe jar they shipped was packed very well with no damage to the packing or boxIt was shipped already damagedThey filed a fraudulent claim with the postal service.This is why I’m still not satisfied with this company
