I am rejecting this response because:We have not received our entire order to dateWe did receive most of the order but not allWe are missing the winter cover as well as a water test kitThe pool was delivered in numerous parts mostly unorganized in open or broken boxesI've called again, (June 2nd or 3rd) to inquire about our winter cover and test kit and to date not a phone call or delivery of the missing pieces.
