I gave the wrong email address???No I recieved two emails to my response saying that the product link was in the emailI downloaded and put on cd/dvd and used it in my computer and it did absolutely nothingNoone ever said I gave the wrong email address, so I dont know where that is coming fromI sent several emails saying I wanted a refund and recieved no answer, noneSo I DID contact your customer service more then onceAnd it was your company who did not reply to settle thisI just want a refund, nothing else, and then no more contact with your company
