I’ve made a purchase with this company on December 2019 per their website it says that all orders take 5 to 12 business days to ship it is now February , 2020 and I have not received my product or a confirmation from the company saying when I would get my product I have reached out to this company several times I have called I have emailed I have text and I have not gotten a response from their customer service Department or anyone else my account was deducted $486 on December *, 2019 for the price of the product and two months later I still have zero product and zero information from the company I requested a refund and I have heard nothing and I have received nothing
At this time, I have been contacted directly by Khinky.com regarding complaint ID, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because
I have not received my product, nor have I received a refund
