I have been dealing with KHPP windows for 9 years. There product is the most energy efficient window on the market. Very responsive when we need service. Great job KHPP!!!!

This company is awful to deal with as a contractor. We have had nothing but delays and issues with communication with them over and over. Don't order windows from them unless you can wait 3-4 months with no response.
We regret to hear your dissatisfaction with your experience earlier this year. From our multiple discussions, I had informed you that the local distributor that you purchased from is your key point of contact for updates on order deadlines and delivery dates. Based upon the products ordered, it may take several weeks for a custom project to be delivered. As you know, our products are all made to order; we do not stock windows. Without specific order numbers, I cannot verify whether any of your projects took "3-4 months" to be delivered.
I did notice that your company is no longer in operation according to your local Revdex.com listing in Loveland, CO. Please be sure to have any previous customer contact us directly for future service needs since you will no longer be able to accommodate. For their convenience, they may complete a Warranty Registration on our website to ensure prompt service for the lifetime of their product at www.kensingtonhpp.com
