Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The Director of the daycare MrPaul R [redacted] is not reporting accurate informationWhen this interaction occurred between him and I, he immediately informed me without any written notice that he was terminating my child from the school because he thinks that I referred one of the daycare teachers from his childcare to work at my schoolI asked him can he provide me with documentation as to how he can prove that I was trying to refer his staff members to my school and he replied that he doesn't have to prove anything to meI also asked him for a writen letter stating why my child was being kicked out of thr school and he replied noDuring this time, I was very calm and never became loud or threaten anyoneI can also provide a written statement from my co worker who actually was there at the meeting with MrPaul R [redacted] and myselfMy co worker was there with me the entire time when he was telling me that my child was being kicked out of the daycareThe director is not being honest about oftening me an additional week of childcareThat is completely not trueI want to make it very clear that if his staff felt threatened by me or they felt like I was putting the children's lives at risk or I was unsafe then why would the Director MrPaul often me an additional week of childcare if I was being so loud and threateningHe behavior and the manner in which he kicked my child out of the school was unacceptable and should not be allowed In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

In response to compliant ID number ***, the details of this matter are as follows: On Thursday 12/*/the Director had a conversation with mother in regards to a complaint issued by staff members of the facilityIt was reported that staff felt uncomfortable with parent soliciting them
to leave Khyle Brenaj Kiddie Kollege to work for her affiliated organizationAfter being addressed, parent began to act hostile on the premisesIn order to diffuse the threats and hostility, as well as ensuring the safety of the children, Director requested for her to leaveDirector initially offered one week of services to be rendered free of charge to support the family in seeking an alternative placementParent then declined, and continued to engage in inappropriate behaviorShe then requested for her child to be dismissed early, signed child out and left. Respectfully Submitted, Director

The initial response reported in regards to this compliant continues to remain the same and respectfully submitted in all accuracyThis response was developed from first hand experience of the complainant's behavior as well as the staff witnessesIn order to support the family in transition, and due to the integrity for the children we support, we initially offered this parent a free week of service in order for her to smoothly identify another childcare placementOnce the hostility on the premises continued to escalate to the point where we could not control her; the safety of our children superseded this decisionAt this time, it is with deep regret to report that we can no longer provide the service.

The response from the Director is falseI was never hostile inside of the daycare at no point in timeHe is simply making a statement because he is trying to come up with an excuse as to why he terminated my child out of the daycare that I paid for without any written noticeMy co worker was also there with me as a witness and she can confirm that I was not hostile or treatening to the childrenIt is very sad that someone who has a business where parents pay to bring there children would go to this exinct of lyingHe also did not offer a week of daycareHe terminated my child without any written notice, came to my job to try and get me fired because of a claim that he still has not provided evidence on, and now he lying and threatening my character by saying I was acting uncontrollable and hostileIt is completely unacceptable for the director to run a business and treat parents in that matter

I can also provide a written statement from my co worker who actually was there at the meeting with Mr. Paul R[redacted] and myself. My co worker was there with me the entire time when he was telling me that my child was being kicked out of the daycare. The director is not being honest about oftening me an additional week of childcare. That is completely not true. I want to make it very clear that if his staff felt threatened by me or they felt like I was putting the children's lives at risk or I was unsafe then why would the Director Mr. Paul often me an additional week of childcare if I was being so loud and threatening. He behavior and the manner in which he kicked my child out of the school was unacceptable and should not be allowed.
