This is a big deal to me on a brand new $30k carAfter a month and bringing car to the service times, I am told that couple of inches is acceptable both from Lockwood Kia and Kia Canada customer serviseThey expect me to accept this and I have questions for themWhat else acceptable on Kia cars?

I contacted Kia Canada twice regarding my complaint with N.S. Kia and I didn't receive any response.
In my opinion Kia Canada should consider monitoring what their dealerships are doing across the country and not to ignore customers' complaints.
N.S. Kia is not Revdex.com accredited nor is Kia Canada which is very strange, but it's good that Revdex.com lets you write a review for them.
I ask Kia Canada to take a look at N.S. Kia's reviews on [redacted], and 1-2 other industry specific places you can write a review. These are mostly regarding the dealership's GM.
