Newly divorced after years I went to LaFontaine Kia in Dearborn, Michigan
I was there hours and it took 4&1/to get the value of my current carI was ill and pressured constantlyTo this end, I have made payments on time with three to go
I was told that if I did NOT release with them and Kia Financial I would owe a lease turn in feeI was not made aware at the time of signingIs this extortion?

Newly divorced after 40 years I went to LaFontaine Kia in Dearborn, Michigan.
I was there 5 hours and it took 4&1/2 to get the value of my current car. I was ill and pressured constantly. To this end, I have made 36 payments on time with three to go.
I was told that if I did NOT release with them and Kia Financial I would owe a lease turn in fee. I was not made aware at the time of signing. Is this extortion?
