I spoke to the salesman over the phone, I referred to the sales price and the 0% apr for a similar vehicle under the same dealHe stated nothing about not being to achieve the internet sales price nor the special offer, but did the opposite, confirmed both items were availableThis is not miscommunication, I blatantly asked about the both items in question, his response was positive assuring to the affect of yes we can do that for youHe mentioned nothing about the details you are referring tooI believe this is wrong, and this is advertisingI did my due diligence by asking about the internet sales price and the 0% apr special offerHe should have disclosed "the details" over the phone when he called me back.Do you instruct/suggest to your salesmen to withhold the details on initial sales calls?Another thing, the salesmen didn't disclose the information voluntarily, but showed me a more expensive price! His "disclosure" was a response to my inquiry over the markup during price negotiation at his desk.AI believe soliciting advertisements which do not have attainable outcomes are nothing less than advertisementPlease either disclose on the advertisements directly what exactly is unattainable or don't put unattainable offers in your advertisementsJee wiz were talking about the sales price!Frankly, I don't believe I would have taken it this far if the salesman was straight forward with me on the initial phone call (when I expected him to disclose the details)thank you Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, All advertising by Kia of Alliance comes with an attached disclaimer that explains the guidelines for the advertisementOur disclaimer explains that customers cannot receive 0% financing and the advertised priceThe advertised price includes all rebates available for that vehicle with standard prime financing0% financing is offerd by Kia Motors Finance and kia of alliance is required to follow their guidelinesWe explained this to our customer and in no way look to deceive anyoneThank you,Mark H***Sales ManagerKia of Alliance

We are currently working with Kia finance to resolve this issue All customers are asked at the time of delivery who they want on the title of the vehicleCustomers also sign title paperwork at the time of delivery It is difficult to get lenders to change titles after the loan has been processed

To who it may concern, No new vehicles are sold with zero miles, all new vehicles go through a safety and pre-sale inspections which requires driving the vehicle Unfortunately windshield replacement is not covered under factory warranty, we would be happy to give any customer our cost for replacement Manufacturer recalls are sent to customers to make sure that their vehicles are kept safe and at no additional cost to our customers There are no cases of odometers tripling miles listed with KIAPlease make an appointment with our service department so we can help resolve this issue

*** *** *** has made many harassing phone calls to our dealership. He doesn't qualify for every rebate availableHe received information from another Kia dealer and continues to call here and complain about itThere is nothing fraudulent about our advertisingThe truth is he
wanted much more for his trade then we were willing to offer and he wanted rebates he didn't qualify for. If *** *** didn't want his credit pulled he should not have filled out a credit application and sign an authorization to pull credit form. Furthermore *** ***s salesman is a decorated war veteran and referring to him as "*** *** ***" is very disrespectful to him and all veterans

Dear MrCustomer, We at Kia of Alliance are truly sorry for any misunderstanding there may have been in our internet advertising or any phone conversation you may have had. I believe we clarified the misunderstanding when you came to visit our dealership and in the many correspondence that we have had. I will be listening to the recorded phone calls and retraining any salesman that may require it. Thank you

As I explained to [redacted], I would be happy to help her and her mother.  We are willing to give her a reasonable wholesale price for her mothers vehicle.  We do not take advantage of any of our customers. We sold her a vehicle at a reasonable price. We cannot renegotiate a deal 6...

months after the purchase date. Banks do not allow dealers to sell vehicles way over retail because of Gap insurance. we consider this matter closed. Please feel free to bring the vehicle and your mother in to discuss the matter.
