Turned in my leased car when lease expired to Kia at Bowie Purchased a car with the assistance of Earl W [redacted] (sales person) and thought all was okay Two weeks later, I get an urgent text message from MrW [redacted] telling me that I need to come into dealership to sign new paperwork Something had happened with the deal and no one communicated to me that there was an issue or that my payments would be going up KIA Finance (previous vehicle) had no record that the car was not in my possession nor that a payoff was pending Negotiated a new deal; signed new paperwork and was told by finance manager MrKen M [redacted] that all would be fine Push forward another two+ weeks, KIA Finance has no payoff; no notification that KIA of Bowie is in possession of the car and I get a urgent text from MrM [redacted] that there was another issue and I need to come in to sign yet another set of paperwork I come into dealership and talk with Dan L***, Dealership manager who indicates they (KIA of Bowie )

On 11/I went to the dealership and attempted to purchase a vehicleThey said due to my credit I could not get approved and requested I contact someone to co-signI contacted my sister who agreed to co-signWhile going over the paperwork I noticed a $additional charge and asked the finance manager Anthony what the charge was forHe stated it was the transportation feeI tikd him the fee was already included in the total price and he stated no this is just to show how much it isHe then stated I had a 100,mile service contract, and I questioned isn't that included with the vehicleThe vehicle with freight should be $16,The dealer charged me,
and additional $($for a pinstripe never requested and never installed, $for a random miscfee)On top of that the dealer charged me for a Gap Insurance Policy and Service contract without my permission and without my knowledgeOn top of that my sister never gave them permission to do anything other than use h

Purchased vehicle and financing person told me the finance charge I saw online didn't exist (0.9%) and I was given 4.9% for months instead since I'm in the process of refinancing my home I went back days later to discuss the financing options online and was told the matter was moot at this point He also couldn't explain to me why I didn't receive the $2.1K in rebates he said I could only get by financing through them and their program (learned about the program on 8/12) All I wanted was an amended contract for the correct financing and an explanation of why there weren't any rebates noted on my contract even though his computer showed $(as opposed to the $2.1K) Again, the $was listed on the contract as a rebate either I'm very disappointed with their shady business practices
