He said "we'll be right back"This clown drove our son miles to another lot they have with more carsMeanwhile my wife is wondering where they are, and no one can tell herShe texts our son, and he does not know where they are, but they keep in touch by textFORTY-FIVE MINUTES later our son is back, with a couple of clowns from Kia with a car for him to test drive
My wife got me on the phone and we unloaded on the manager of the dealershipAs far as I am concerned, they kidnapped our minor sonEven if he was an adult, at a car dealer with his mom and brother, what dealership in their right mind would take a customer for a joy ride without telling the customer and his party what the heck they were doing?
I will never buy a Kia, and I will tell everyone I know to never buy a KiaAnd That starts with youDO NOT go to Kia of Cerritos if you don't want your child kidnappedThis is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen

Terrible practices and poor judgement from management to insult potential customer. We had agreed to a sales price via email correspondences with verbal confirmation on the phone prior to leaving for the dealership. After travel and several hours of waiting, they provide a car smelling of paint fumes, we request another. After the hard credit pull was done, they offer a sales price significantly higher claiming dealer imposed fees. They completely disregard the email correspondences (printed out in hand) and dismiss it as a 'joke' in their words. Throwing their junior sales under the bus and invite all negative reviews and criticisms, as a 'who cares' attitude. The manager Dustin is a negative impact on business and sets a poor standard for other employees. Completely unethical and further promotes the poor image of unscrupulous car dealerships.
