when the vehicle was taken in it was a out of state title We had to get a dealer title for the vehicle because of it being out of state I tried numerous times to get the customer to bring the car in to get a ID/OD which is required by the state After those attempts failed I reached out the father he did have the car brought to us immediately Once we had that we went to Jefferson City and applied for the title When we got the title we took it straight to the title office for the customer
